How SMART Recovery can help you;
What is SMART Recovery?
SMART = Self-Management and Recovery Training
Problematic behaviours are ongoing actions that damage or make relationships difficult, they can strain communications and cause harm to you or others around you.
Weekly group meetings are Free and Confidential. They go for 90 minutes and no booking is necessary – just attend or log in to the meeting and be ready to participate
SMART Recovery groups are facilitated by Peer Support Workers who have had past lived experience with substance concerns. Within this safe space, people can discuss and set individual goals around four main points:
- Build and Maintain Motivation
- Cope with Urges and Cravings
- Manage Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviour
- Lead a Balanced Life
How do I access this service?
