Our services are available throughout country South Australia – from the Barossa, through the Flinders Ranges and extending to the Far West Coast.
Programs offered in each region may differ due to funding and community need, and typically there is no payment required for our services. Some of our services require a GP referral and others do not, please see separate program information.
Our Locations
Country & Outback Health has eight regional offices, strategically located in:
Ceduna, Clare, Kadina, Nuriootpa, Port Augusta,
Port Lincoln, Port Pirie and Whyalla.
We also provide services in:
Ardossan, Balaklava, Cleve, Coober Pedy, Elliston, Jamestown, Kimba, Maitland, Roxby Downs, Peterborough, Streaky Bay, Wudinna and Yorketown.

We have a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
We work closely with our clients to improve their mental health, physical health and overall wellbeing. We work closely with local doctors, medical specialists and other organisations to provide coordinated care to our clients.
