Job Responsibilities

About the role:Reporting to the CEO, you will work with significant autonomy, a strong collaborative skill set and have primary accountability to:• Build a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities across all income streams, nurturing relationships and developing proposals• Lead all income generation activities: prospecting, development of concepts, writing proposals and establishing strategic relationships• Generating revenue through leveraging existing expertise and seeking new channels and opportunities

About You:• Able to identify, research and approach potential strategic partners, deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure income• Proven ability to bring together a wide range of stakeholders to drive change, secure commitment, negotiate effectively and aid collaborative working• Ability to take the initative to deliver outcomes, resilient and flexible
