The Role

  • Permanent full-time position
  • 75 hours per fortnight (Mon-Fri)
  • Provide information and referral support to consumers and carers to link with appropriate services including housing, health, employment and financial supports.
  • Work within a strengths-based framework using recovery orientated principles to facilitate consumer choice and control and self-determination.
  • Collaborate extensively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist and provide education regarding NDIS service delivery requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong liaison and interpersonal skills, high level problem solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement a logical and systematic approach.
  • Have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in our growing organisation.

About You:

  • Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability Studies or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within the Mental Health and or NDIS sector
  • Police clearance, Working with Children check, NDIS worker check and a valid SA driving licence are requirements of this role
