The Role

  • Full-time or Part-time available (Mon-Fri)
  • Choice of Locations – Port Lincoln or Whyalla

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of individuals through evidence-based exercise interventions. You will undertake timely and appropriate assessments and intervention to improve health, functionality, recovery, independence, and participation in activities for individuals at various stages of life.

About You:

  • Demonstrated expert clinical knowledge and experience in the management of complex chronic diseases for clients in a primary health care setting.
  • Possess a high level of clinical reasoning skills, confidence in making clinical decision and ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
  • Experience in developing client centred goals and care plans with a strong focus on self-management
  • Hold a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology.
  • Registered with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or working towards Accreditation.
  • National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker check and a valid SA driving licence are requirements of this role.
