At Country & Outback Health (CObH) our vision is for healthier, happier communities. We are a not-for-profit service provider who believes in making it easier for country people to access quality health and community services in regional South Australia.

The role:

  • Permanent full-time position based in Nuriootpa
  • 75 hours per fortnight (Mon-Fri)
  • Provide practical support and information for individuals and their families living with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Help consumers achieve their goals and maximise their individual engagement through connection with a range of services and supports.
  • Coordinate services and supports which will include building relationships and working collaboratively with existing services in the community, communicating  ideas and information and using problem solving skills.

About You:

  • Completed or working towards Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability Studies or equivalent.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children check, NDIS worker check and a valid SA driving licence are requirements of this role.
