Service Details
The Bereavement Navigation service can help you to connect with specialty bereavement and grief support services during difficult times of loss. Getting in touch with the right service to support you may depend on your age, cultural beliefs and practices or geographic location. We can help you work out which service is best suited to support you.

The service is for anyone, of any age, who has been impacted by the death of someone close to them. For example, you may be a family member, friend, loved one, carer or healthcare professional. This navigation support service is available any time, regardless of your relationship to the person that died, the type of death or when the death occurred.
