Adult Psychotherapy provides evidence based therapy to help adults better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours while developing healthier coping strategies to improve mental wellbeing.
Our clinicians support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, social withdrawal and many other mental health issues.
Your first appointment focuses on understanding your situation, discussing your concerns, identifying your goals and working together to develop an individual therapy plan that meets your needs.
The number of sessions varies for each person. Your clinician will regularly review your progress and work with you to determine the level of ongoing support that best meets your needs.
Some funding pathways require a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, while other referral options may also be available. Our team can explain the most suitable referral pathway.
