headspace Whyalla is a safe and welcoming space for young people aged 12-25 who need support with their mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, or work and study issues.
Our team of friendly professionals provides free and confidential support, including counselling, group programs, and connection to other services that can help. We work alongside young people, their families and friends to build resilience and create positive pathways forward.
