Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres. Our multidisciplinary team empowers and advocates for healthy rural communities through providing diverse and excellent health services throughout country South Australia.
About the role:
An exciting opportunity to lead a geographically dispersed team that contributes to the planning and success of the AOD and ITC programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to work directly with the COO to expand programs and services across the region.
- Support the team to success through education, coaching and direction.
- Contribute to financial decisions and budget planning, including reporting and evaluation of performance.
- Sustain a continuous quality improvement approach and contribute toward the development of practice and services.
About You:
- Relevant Bachelor or tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Mental Health, or related discipline, or a demonstrated history in working within a similar
role for a minimum period of 3 years. - Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and mentor a team (remote team management an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience and ability to establish, manage and develop operational systems for a health or community services organisation.
- Proven ability to plan and allocate resources to maximise operational efficiency and meet funding deliverables.
