Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres.

The Senior Administration Officer is part of the broader administration team within CObH providing administrative support to our service delivery teams. In addition, this role will provide Executive Assistant level coverage during times of EA absence supporting the CEO, Board and Executive team. About the Role:

  • Providing client focussed, administrative and reception service and the smooth running of the site
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with high level coordination for CEO, Board & Executive team
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) in Whyalla, South Australia

The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support that aids the delivery of various health programs and services and ensures the site runs smoothly. As the first point of contact this role plays an important part in the client journey and also acts as backfill for the Executive Assistant as required.

About You:

  • Experienced senior administrator with excellent customer service and expertise
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a demanding and diverse environment
  • Able to collaborate and develop relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership and Board
  • Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated commitment to managing confidential information and responding to
           urgent requests in a timely manner
  • Able to always maintain a positive and helpful attitude and role model CObH values
  • Ability to maintain meticulous records with precision and attention to detail
