Shaun Rieck

With over 15 years of management and leadership experience in both government and private enterprise, Shaun has recently have moved into new role with CObH from SA Ambulance Service which included roles as a Team Leader and Operational Manager.

Shaun believes it is imperative for a leader and manager to understand the idiosyncrasies and needs of each individual team to assist in creating a work environment and team culture that is positive and beneficial to the staff and clients and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.Shaun is eager to connect local communities to individuals and teams that will contribute to achieving better health outcomes in rural South Australia.
