Support for participants in connecting to the right services and understanding the NDIS
The My Navigation program is for you if you are an NDIS participant and have 'coordination of supports' listed in your NDIS package. ‘Coordination of supports’ is the assistance of a professional, trained in the NDIS, who can help you to connect to the most appropriate supports to achieve your personal goals.
My Navigation aims to teach you how to navigate the NDIS, enabling you to manage your own package in the future. The My Navigation program offers two levels of 'support coordination:
Support designed to help you understand the NDIS, make connections with service providers and provide you with support to resolve and trouble you may have along the way. Support Coordination can help you;
Specialised Support Coordination
Short term support, where you will work closely with your specialised support coordination worker who will help you connect to the right services. This level of support is for NDIS participants who have complex needs.
The level of 'coordination of supports' and your designated budget will be stated in your NDIS package.
The cost of the My Navigation program has been outlined by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
*Prices are subject to change and may vary depending on location.
Service Locations Clare, Kadina, Nuriootpa, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln, Port Pirie, Whyalla and surrounding areas
